Persona e società

Abstract

Abstract: The present contribution stands in a pedagogical perspective and it is divided into three segments, the first of which, Uomo e società (Man and Society), legitimates the belief that society is worth only when directed to the person, and proposes to build a 'society of people' asking each single individual the will and ability to work for the common good. The second segment, Essere e diventare persone (Being and becoming per­sons), reflects on the meaning of the expression 'human subject' and the word 'person',as well as on the personalization process. Attention is then turned to the relationship among singularity-otherness-community. The last segment, Processi e traguardi educa­tivi (Educational Processes and Goals), proposes full and life-long education, referring to the meeting, the relational nature and the relationship occurring among moral, social,democracy and intercultural education.

Riassunto: Il contributo si colloca in prospettiva pedagogica e si articola in tre segmenti,il primo dei quali Uomo e società legittima la convinzione che la società vale soltanto quando è ordinata alla persona e propone la costruzione di una società delle persone che chiede a ciascuno volontà e capacità di impegnarsi per il bene comune. Il secondo segmento Essere e diventare persone riflette sul significato dell'espressione "soggetto umano" e del termine "persona" e sul processo di personalizzazione. Successivamente l'attenzione viene rivolta al rapporto che intercorre tra singolarità-alterità-comunità. L'ultimo segmento,Processi e traguardi educativi, propone l'educazione integrale e permanente, facendo riferimento all'incontro, alla relazionalità ed al rapporto che intercorre tra l'educazione morale, quella sociale, quella alla democrazia e quella interculturale.
